1、 Working medium at normal temperature (0-50 ℃), pure pumping or solution, without water and gas dual-purpose, but it is required to have self-priming capacity, and has requirements on flow rate and output pressure.
Note: the working medium to be pumped is water, non oil, not strong corrosive liquid and other solutions (no solid particles, etc.) and must have self-priming function.
2、 The working medium at normal temperature (0-50 ℃) requires pumping or gas (water gas mixing, idling and dry running), and the performance of volume, noise and continuous use should be emphasized.
Note: it is required that water and gas can be used for a long time without damaging the pump; it can operate continuously for 24 hours; the volume is particularly small and the noise is low, but the requirements for flow and pressure are not high.
1. The micro pump is used to pump air or vacuum, but sometimes liquid water will enter the pump chamber.
2. The micro pump is required to be able to pump as well as air.
3. Pump water with a micro pump, but sometimes there may be no water to pump, in the "dry" state.
Some traditional pumps are afraid of "dry running", which may even damage the pumps. WKA series of products are essentially a kind of compound function pump, which integrates the functions of vacuum pump and water pump. Some people call it "vacuum pump". Therefore, in the absence of water, it will vacuum, when there is water, it will pump. Both the pumping state and the pumping state belong to the normal working category, so there is no so-called "dry turning" damage.
4. Micro pump is mainly used for pumping water, but it is not expected to manually add "water diversion" before pumping (some pumps need to add some "water diversion" manually before working, so that the water at the lower part can be pumped up, otherwise the pump can not pump water or even be damaged), i.e., the pump is expected to have "self-priming" function. At this time, PHW and WKA series products can be selected. Their advantages lie in that when they are not in contact with water, they will be vacuumed. After forming a vacuum, the water pressure will be raised by air pressure, and then the water will be pumped.
3、 High temperature working medium (0-100 ℃), such as using micro water pump for water circulation heat dissipation, water cooling, or pumping high temperature, high temperature steam, high temperature liquid, etc., must use micro water pump (high temperature type)
1. The temperature is between 50-80 ℃. The WKA series high-temperature medium type of micro water gas dual-purpose pump can be selected, and the maximum temperature resistance temperature is 80 ℃ or 100 ℃;
2. If the temperature is between 50 ℃ and 100 ℃, WKA series high temperature medium type must be selected, and the maximum temperature resistance temperature is 100 ℃;
4、 There is a large demand for the flow rate (more than 20 L / min), but the medium contains a small amount of oil, solid particles, residue, etc.
Note: in the medium to be extracted,
1. It contains a small number of soft solid particles with small diameter (such as fish feces, sewage sludge, residue, etc.), but the viscosity should not be too large, and it is better not to have tangles such as hair;
2. It is allowed that the working medium contains a small amount of oil (such as a small amount of oil floating on the dirty water surface), but not all oil!
