2. Preparation before starting

2.2 Check whether the water used in the water tank is clean, and it is not allowed to use sewage containing mud and sand, so as not to block the pipeline, increase the load of the motor and cause failures, affecting the service life of the water flushing pump.
2.3 Check the lubricating oil surface height of the intermediate pump and the main pump body, must be more than 3 / 4 of the oil window, and also check the color of the lubricating oil.If there are many milky white or black impurities, notify the mechanic to replace the lubricating oil.
2.4 Check whether the circulating cooling water channel of the intermediate pump and main pump is intact, open the circulating cooling water inlet and outlet valves, and check whether the circulating cooling water inlet and outlet are normal.
2.5 Check whether the drain valve of the buffer tank at the bottom of the intermediate pump is closed.
2.6 Check the vacuum pump unit circuit is intact and the control cabinet instructions are normal.
2.7 Check whether the starting pressure of the intermediate pump and the main pump of the electrode contact pressure gauge of the vacuum pump unit is normal.
