1. Have a good working environment.
The indoor temperature is 10 ~ 30 ℃, the relative humidity is not more than 65%, the inlet temperature of cooling water is not more than 25 ℃, and the allowable voltage fluctuation range of power supply is ± 10%.
2. According to the actual situation of the vacuum system, formulate reasonable operating procedures.
When using for the first time, all parts should be scrubbed and baked to check whether the power circuit is normal and whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements. Check whether the components such as mechanical pump, diffusion pump and valve are normal. During the first use, the surface of each component in the vacuum system and the pump oil absorb a lot of water vapor and various gases, so the vacuum degree required may not be reached. At this time, it can be repeated for two or three times and vacuumizing, so that the components and pump oil can be fully degassed. If the vacuum degree is still not up to the requirements during the third pumping, it means that the system may be leaking.
