Recently, some netizens left a message to Xiaobian asking about the main reason why the vacuum pump can't reach the limit vacuum degree? Today, I'd like to give you a detailed introduction.
When the vacuum pump failure occurs, the air tightness of the vacuum system should be checked first to see if there is a slight air leakage.
Secondly, the gas trap should be opened to let the pump run for about 30 minutes to drain the compressible steam caused by non pump oil pollution and eliminate the influence of compressible steam on the limit vacuum degree.
After eliminating the above two factors, the main reasons for the vacuum pump not reaching the limit vacuum degree are as follows:
1. The pump oil is polluted and needs to be replaced.
2. The oil filter in the pump is blocked, which causes the oil circuit of the compression oil injection system to be blocked, and the oil supply is insufficient, resulting in the sealing of the pump body not tight. At this time, it is necessary to clean the internal oil filter; the deformation, wear or damage of the oil distributor valve can also lead to insufficient oil supply. In this case, the valve of the oil distributor should be checked and replaced.
3. Long time use of the vacuum pump will cause vane wear or insufficient spring tension in the rotor, resulting in poor isolation between the suction chamber and the exhaust chamber, resulting in a decline in the vacuum pumping performance of the vacuum pump. At this time, the vane and spring should be replaced, and the rotor and pump cavity should be cleaned; check the exhaust valve to see if its action fails, resulting in poor exhaust, and replace the exhaust valve if necessary.
