Check that the exhaust safety valve of low pressure cylinder is complete without air suction. Check whether there is air leakage at the connection between the extraction pipe and the cylinder in the vacuum state. The vacuum drops when the load decreases and the vacuum rises slightly after the load increases. Check whether the water level of the low-pressure heater under negative pressure is normal and whether the drain door is tight. Check whether the gravity return water of the speed regulating feed pump is led into the condenser. If the return water volume is small and the water seal bag cannot be sealed, the gravity return water of the feed water pump sealing water should be poured into the trench. Check whether the water seal, pipe, flange or welding joint of vacuum system valve is not tight, especially the pipeline and valve from expansion tank or boiler starting separator to condenser.

Surface treatment: thoroughly remove the surface oxide layer and clean the surface with acetone.


Coating material: apply a thin layer of material to ensure bonding and complete coverage, and then evenly apply the material to the repair surface to reach the required repair thickness.

Blending materials: strictly in accordance with the proportion of blending, and stirring evenly, until there is no color difference.


Installation and precautions: install according to the assembly requirements, repair and protect the material should avoid being knocked or impacted by external force, if the material affects the assembly, it can be treated by grinding method, never knock, to avoid damage to other materials.


2、 Boring process of vacuum pump

3. Complete other processes according to the drawing.
