For the newly installed pipeline, the sundries in the pipeline must be removed and the filter screen must be installed. Installation arrangement:
1. When installing the pipeline, especially the intake pipe, remove the welding slag, rust and dirt.
2. For newly used pipelines, 20-30 mesh / inch screen should be installed. The filter screen is clamped between the two flanges of the pipeline, and a certain clamping allowance shall be reserved on the outer circumference of the filter screen to avoid being sucked into the vacuum compressor. After using for a period of time, make sure that there is no foreign matter in the pipeline before taking it down.
3. The mesh of the newly used pipeline filter screen is easy to be blocked by impurities, which will affect the gas suction, so it should be removed and cleaned in time.
4. Generally, the filter screen should be shut down for cleaning after the first week of operation, and then it should be operated for three weeks for the second cleaning. The filter screen can be removed only after the system is cleaned. Before connecting the vacuum compressor, the water supply pipeline should be cleaned with water to ensure that the sundries in the water pipe are washed clean before connecting.
Start up:
1. Before starting, the lubricating grease in the bearing cavity of vacuum compressor should be replaced, and its brand is: 3 ? lithium grease. Clean the bearing cavity with gasoline before replacement.
2. The vacuum compressor is flushed by water supply through the liquid supply pipeline, and the rotor is turned by hand, and then the sewage is discharged through the liquid discharge pipeline. For the units that have been put into operation after trial operation or put into formal operation and shut down for more than 2 days, the water shall be filled and the turning gear shall be washed when the unit is restarted, so as to avoid burning the motor due to difficult starting caused by internal rust and scaling.
3. Check whether the electrical part is safe and correct.
4. Check the rotation direction of the motor to make it conform to the steering direction of the liquid ring vacuum compressor.
5. Check whether the coupling guard or belt cover is fixed reliably.
When the operation of vacuum compressor is stable, adjust the gate valve to make the reading of the pressure gauge of the liquid supply pipeline consistent with the discharge pressure of the vacuum compressor. At this time, turn down the gate valve slowly. When the reading of the discharge pressure gauge is unstable, it means that the liquid supply is insufficient. Open the gate valve slowly. When the pressure reading at the discharge side is stable, this is the best liquid supply volume. Record this reading Set this reading for each startup. The speed of adjusting the gate valve must be slow, because it will take several minutes to reflect the change of liquid supply to the performance change of vacuum compressor.
Adjustment:
1. Start the motor, operate the ring vacuum compressor, open gate valve 1, and make the pointer of vacuum pressure gauge 16 be between 0.02-0.04mpa (gauge pressure).
2. In case of water supply outside the shaft seal, adjust the gate valve so that the reading of the water supply pressure gauge 17 of the shaft seal is between 0.02-0.04mpa (gauge pressure).
3. Close the bypass valve to increase the discharge pressure. At this time, the reading of the water supply pressure gauge should be close to the discharge pressure of the vacuum compressor.
