All water ring vacuum pumps only have lead-in cables, which need to be connected by themselves during installation. Therefore, attention must be paid to the correct method when connecting cables, otherwise it will have a great impact on their use. Therefore, some basic steps of professional cable wiring are as follows:


1. The copper core of the cable on the water ring vacuum pump is about 30-35mm long, and the copper wire is wiped clean with sand cloth to make it bright. Similarly, the copper wire of the external three core cable is stripped out by 30-35mm and cleaned with sand cloth;


2. Insert the three core cable with the copper wire stripped out of the external cable, and then tie it tightly with a thin copper wire. Cut off the remaining part and flatten it with scissors to prevent hand binding;


3. The three wire ends are respectively soldered with solder. The welding head surface of water ring vacuum pump is required to be smooth without burr and false welding. If it is not welded firmly or smooth, it should be re welded. Until the requirements are met;


4. When wrapping with polyester insulating tape, it is necessary to press half of the first circle, wrap 8-12 layers, and then wrap two layers of plastic tape for strength;


5. Wrap the three wires of the water ring vacuum pump with plastic tape and wrap them in two layers. The first layer is more than 50 mm above the end of the insulation layer of each conductor, and the second layer is 50 mm higher than the end of the first layer.


Water ring vacuum pump was initially used as self suction pump, and then gradually used in petroleum, chemical, machinery, mining, light industry, medicine and food and many other industrial sectors. In many industrial processes, such as vacuum filtration, vacuum water diversion, vacuum feeding, vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum moisture regain and vacuum degassing, water ring vacuum pump has been widely used. The influencing factors of pumping speed of water ring vacuum pump are as follows


1. If the impeller blade is inserted into the liquid ring at a certain depth (2-7mm), the pumping speed will decrease;


2. In the process of suction, the temperature of the gas rises from the pipeline to the pump chamber, and the pumping speed also decreases;


3. The gas flow from the exhaust side through the gap d to the suction side and through the side gap to the suction side makes the pumping speed decrease;


4. The liquid on the surface of the liquid ring in the suction chamber evaporates and the pumping speed decreases;


5. The air leakage from the surrounding environment to the pump cavity will also reduce the pumping speed.
