1. The reasons of water entering into buffer tank of water ring vacuum pump are as follows
Generally, when vacuum is used, the valve opening is large and the vacuum is high, resulting in water (or a large amount of water vapor) being pumped into the buffer tank, thus water will enter.
2. Solution after water inflow:
Open the outlet valve at the bottom of buffer tank of water ring vacuum pump to drain water. In general, a small part of water should be left in the buffer tank to test the sealing of the bottom of the buffer tank. The water ring pump mainly uses water to seal to ensure the source of water is constant. There is no problem with the vacuum degree and the water quality must be good. If not, the pump body will scale, and the impellers of suction and exhaust channels will be smaller and smaller, which will affect the vacuum degree. It should be OK to do these points well.
