1、 Features of intelligent vacuum pump

2、 Three working modes of intelligent vacuum pump


Intelligent vacuum pump can automatically adjust the vacuum degree and flow rate through three unique working modes: interval, timing and limit.


1. Interval working mode


The upper and lower limits of the required vacuum can be set. When the pump reaches the upper limit of vacuum, the pump will stop automatically. When the true empty degree drops to the lower limit, the pump will start automatically.


Application scope: vacuum pressure keeping for closed container


Example: if anb2005 intelligent vacuum pump (its maximum negative pressure - 80kPa) is used to maintain vacuum pressure for a closed container, and the internal negative pressure is always maintained at - 60kpa, the upper limit can be set as - 55kpa, and the lower limit is - 65kpa. During this period, when the negative pressure in the container reaches the upper limit, the pump will automatically stop; Then, as the negative pressure of the closed container decreases and is lower than the lower limit, the pump will start automatically, so that the negative pressure in the container will be maintained at - 60kpa at the end, so as to achieve the purpose of vacuum pressure maintaining.


2. Timing mode


The working time of the pump can be set, and the pump will stop automatically after the set time. The maximum allowable time is 99 hours and 59 minutes, and the minimum time is 1 minute.


Application scope: the time of vacuum pumping can be controlled (timing shutdown)


Example: in order to make the negative pressure in a closed container reach - 80kPa, use the intelligent vacuum pump anb2005 (its maximum negative pressure - 80kPa [2]) to pump the container. If the container is small, such as 1-2l, the time can be set for several minutes; otherwise, the time needs to be set longer. Anb2005 will stop automatically when the time is up.


3. Extreme operating mode


The upper limit value of vacuum degree can be set. When the pump reaches the vacuum degree, it will stop automatically.


Application example: set vacuum threshold value, automatic shutdown (quantitative and fixed negative pressure shutdown)


Example: suppose that in an experiment, when the negative pressure in the container reaches - 70kpa, the experimental effect is the best. You can set the upper limit of anb2005 to - 70kpa, then the intelligent vacuum pump will automatically stop when it reaches - 70kpa.
