Corrosion resistant vacuum pump in the installation need to lead out the cable, so pay attention to the accurate method when connecting the cable, otherwise it will have a great impact on the use of corrosion-resistant vacuum pump. 1. When wrapping with polyester insulating tape, make sure to hold down half of the top circle and wrap 8-12 layers. Then wrap two layers of plastic tape to increase the strength.
2. The copper core of the cable on the corrosion-resistant vacuum pump is about 30-35mm long, and the copper wire is wiped clean with sand cloth to make it bright. Similarly, the copper wire of the external three-core cable is stripped out by 30-35mm, and cleaned with abrasive cloth. Some of the copper wires stripped out of the three-core cable and the external cable are inserted together. Then use a thin copper wire to tie it up as shown in the figure. Some of the rest are cut off and flattened with scissors to prevent hand binding.
3. Solder the three wire ends firmly with solder, and the surface of solder head is required to be smooth without burr and false welding. If not welded firmly or not smooth, the corrosion-resistant vacuum pump should be welded from the beginning. Until the request is met.
4. Wrap the three wires together with plastic tape and wrap them in two layers. The top layer is more than 50mm beyond the end of the insulation layer of each conductor. The second layer is 50 mm beyond the end of the top layer.
5. After binding, take a basin of cold water to soak the wrapped wire ends in water safely. After 12 hours, measure the insulation with a 500V megohmmeter, which should not be less than 50 megohm. Otherwise, it should be bandaged from the beginning until the requirements are met.
6. The grounding wire of corrosion-resistant vacuum pump should also be wrapped according to the wiring technology of submersible cable.
7. After the corrosion-resistant vacuum pump is connected, the insulation resistance is continuously measured when it goes down the well to observe its change, so as to prevent the cable insulation from hanging on the well wall. If it is found that the insulation degree drops rapidly to less than 0.5 megohm, the unit should be brought up to check the factors.
