The maintenance of the oil-free vacuum pump is very important, and the oil-free vacuum pump is out of service for a long time. It is necessary to take all the pumps apart, dry the water, coat the rotating parts and joints with grease, and keep them properly. This is to extend its service life, so about its maintenance, what should be paid attention to?
1. Check the pipeline and joint of oil-free vacuum pump for looseness. Turn the oil-free vacuum pump by hand to see if the oil-free vacuum pump is flexible.
2. Screw off the water diversion plug of the oil-free vacuum pump body and pour water or slurry.
3. Close the gate valve of water outlet pipeline, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge.
4. Start the motor. After the oil-free vacuum pump runs normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet oil-free vacuum pump. Gradually open the gate valve and check the load of the motor after it shows the appropriate pressure.
5. Try to control the flow and head of the oil-free vacuum pump within the range indicated on the label, so as to ensure that the oil-free vacuum pump operates at the highest efficiency point, so as to obtain the maximum energy-saving effect.
6. During the operation of the oil-free vacuum pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed 35 ℃ of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.
7. If abnormal sound is found in the oil-free vacuum pump, stop the pump immediately and check the cause.
8. To stop using the oil-free vacuum pump, close the gate valve and pressure gauge first, and then stop the motor.
