When it reaches the leakage point, we will find that the pointer of the ionization meter will swing obviously.
If we use this method to detect the leakage of the vacuum pump unit, we must be patient and wait until the indication value of the ionization meter is stable. In this respect, we will find that the balance between the pumping capacity and leakage rate can be realized, and then the injection can be realized.
For the larger leakage point of vacuum pump unit, the flame method can be directly used, and the principle of using air flow to directly make the flame deviate. It should be noted that the vacuum should be pumped first, and then, the candle or lighter should be used to gradually search the suspicious point of the vacuum pump unit.
